Ripples

Can you hear this infinity?
Ripples, ripples—endless ripples
They flow through with serenity
But this serenity is not endless:
The ripples tear and break and shatter
They prey on your very own grey matter
And the infinity grows longer and longer
But in place of ripples, there is only pain.
